New bikes - Manufacturer's warranty plus:

Within a year of purchase, if a spoke breaks due to the wheel build quality, we will replace the spoke for free; if a second spoke breaks on the same wheel, we will replace it for free; if a third spoke breaks on the same wheel, we will hand rebuild the wheel for free. If your original hub or rim is worn out, you will be asked to cover the cost for that item.

If the frame of a bike you bought from us breaks under warranty, we will swap your parts to the warranty replacement frame for free.
Hand Built Wheels - Lifetime: Free true, tension and spoke replacement. Wheels are warrantied against defects in workmanship for the life of the wheel. Defective component warranties are specific to the brand. Wheels re not warrantied against dented, bent or worn out rims or wheels that have been abused or modified.
