New Belgium Urban Assault comming to Recycled Cycles
Do not miss this pedal-powered urban adventure on May 18, when the New Belgium Urban Assault Ride hits the streets of Seattle! In this funky Bike Scavenger Hunt, two-person teams bike to checkpoints around town, completing crazy obstacle courses at each stop. You could be racing an adult big wheel, careening down an inflatable slip n slide or doing the electric booga-loo.
Before the event, www.urbanassaultride.com lists checkpoints you will have to reach during the day. There\'s no set route, so you and your teammate will have to strategize to pick the best course around town. Mental muscle is just as important is bike skills.
It is a great event for friends, couples and there is also a family division where parents/guardians can race WITH their kids (ages 7-12). It is one of the few events that parents can participate in with their kids.
The race benefits Bikeworks and is followed by a huge after party with FREE BEER, great food, and live music and raffle you won
As an event sponsor, we are proud to support this festival of Beer, Bikes and Big Wheels.
We can guarantee, the New Belgium Urban Assault Ride will be one of the best times you ever have on a bike! Get the rest of the story, and sign up at www.urbanassaultride.com
