Recycled Cycles Racing (RCR)
Founded close to twenty years ago, Recycled Cycles Racing can boast that its proud association with the Recycled Cycles bicycle shops is the longest-running title sponsorship of a Seattle amateur racing team. We are a coed team of bicycle racers competing in road, mountain, track, cyclocross and all manner of two-wheeled races, as well as fondos, charity rides, and the occasional informal beer cruise. We are particularly proud of our long-time connection to the Men's and Women's collegiate cycling program at the University of Washington, whose members find a home at RCR during the collegiate off-season and after graduation. Funky but chic, we welcome all levels of racing experience from novice to expert.

The downhill team has been carving up the trails of the PNW since 2008. We have riders of all ages and abilities excited to get out on the trails and compete in local and regional events.
Recycled Cycles has the honor of being the bike shop sponsor of many other teams in the great Pacific Northwest. Look closely and you will see our logo associated with some great riders. Teams include Spokeswomen Racing, Blue Rooster, First Strike Velo (Slalom Consulting), Squadra Cerveza, Soft Like Kitten, Keller Rohrback, Husky Cycling, Byrne Fisher Plumbing and the Major Taylor Project.
In September every year the Skagit Valley Fairgrounds is transformed into a village of cyclists looking to make a difference. In the middle of everything you will find the Recycled Cycles mechanics spinning wrenches in support.
The Bike MS ride is a well-supported event which RC has been associated with for the past five years. We enjoy working hard on the bikes so those raising money for MS research can work hard on the hills.

Recycled Cycles has been a long time supporter of local charities and non-profits in our community. In the past we have been able to support a wide range of groups that we feel share our values. There are many wonderful groups doing good work in our community but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for support inquiries.
We will respond if we are able to help.
